With classic breakfast sausage flavor and the versatility of ground pork, it’s perfect for homemade sausage patties, biscuits and gravy, breakfast casseroles, sausage stuffing, or simply browned alongside farm-fresh eggs.

Our pigs are raised outdoors with plenty of room to graze, root, and forage, producing richly flavored pork that makes for an especially delicious start to the day.
